I remember TV Guide keeping listings for WKBD into the 2000s in both the Northern Michigan and Northern Wisconsin TV Guides (oddly, the Northern Wisconsin edition never had WGKI/WFQX in their guides despite that TV Guide being the TV guide for the UP outside of the eastern three counties and WGKI/WFQX being on cable in most of the UP and into Wisconsin from 1995 until 2003)
I don't remember WKBD in the Northern MI guide in the 90s. But I was in Cheboygan, and you all know the story of Cable in Cheboygan back then...
http://www.ellwanger.tv/collect/tvg/eds/m/mi.html - The Northern Michigan TV guide had WKBD as late as 1999, listed as 50D

In late September of 2005, TV Guide had the magazine edition without the daytime listings.

My in-laws subscribe to the Monroe Evening News, which has a TV listing section every Sunday.

It has a grid of stations that cover which channels that appear on Dish, DirecTV and many cable systems that cover different parts of the county.

But the grid makes no mention of over-the-air channels and subchannels, and none of the subchannel networks appear in the listings.

I would almost assume the major networks are listed

It doesn't make any mention of OTA.

Fortunately, I have tvtv.us on my smartphones.

tvtv.us recently added Canada and the UK to its service.
If you want to be shocked, do a "Broadcast" listing for a small town in the UK, then a small town in USA, then a small town in Canada!

This is highly surprising, especially since, IIRC, the Monroe Evening News does list OTA channels in their daily edition listings.

My furthest DTV tropo: KDKA Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at 202 miles for three days in January 2017 and a night in September 2017 with only an Antennas Direct C2V!

Current setup: Antennas Direct C2Max (2018-present)

I didn't know about tvtv.us before your mention, so I checked it out.
The OTA list for Detroit is pretty bad. It is way way out of date in its listings of the many subs that have been added by local stations or services that have shifted to different channel designations. The Detroit OTA list is also cluttered with all the the Toledo stations in the mix, as well as Ontario ones well outside the range for normal reception by a Detroit area viewer.
After seeing this, I didn’t bother to see how accurate (or not) my Comcast listings might be.
A pass on tvtv for me.

Why wouldn't the Evening News list OTA stations in its TV magazine? Even TV Guide these days has national network listings.

While residing in the UP, we always found the Sunday Free Press TV Book the most useful.

TV Guide did not list CICO or CKCY/CHBX. Sometime after CKCY launched, they stopped listing CJIC.

The Detroit News book did not list WJMN, CKCY/CHBX, or CJIC.

One of our local drugstores gave out a free TV listings booklet covering Wisconsin plus the Marquette stations. Between this and the Freep's TV Book, we had all our stations covered. In the analog era, we could receive stations from Escanaba, Marquette, Wausau/Rhinelander, Green Bay, Traverse City/Cadillac, Sault Sainte Marie, and sometimes Milwaukee.
