Re: Trump Trial For Fraud...

He can absolutely release the returns that are being audited. There is no reason for him not to, unless he's expecting the audit to find that he paid too little in taxes. The concern, although seemingly far fetched, is people picking apart the returns, putting Trump (or his advisors) in a corner to...

Re: Snyder admin. willfully poisons Flint's water customers

Yeah, no kidding. Don't you love how Snyder's former communications director - who received numerous email about Flint water concerns and apparently NEVER forwarded them to the Governor - is now Chief of Staff? And Jarrod Agen's predecessor, Dennis Muchmore, apparently felt it was his duty to shield...

Re: Snyder admin. willfully poisons Flint's water customers

Another Snyder-related story not receiving enough airtime on this side of the state is how Snyder's former campaign manager was appointed to run the state Veterans Affair Agency several years ago, and as it turns out, under that gentleman's watch - numerous veterans at the Grand Rapids home for vete...

Re: The Coming War Against Trump

Cruz lost the night. EVERYONE is talking about Trump and Rubio today. Cameras were all over both guys' campaign events today. Cruz barely gets a passing mention. Kasich gets no mention. I tip my cap to Marco...this may prove to be a turning point for him. The irony is I think he hurt Cruz worse than...

Re: Trump Trial For Fraud...

I agree on the first point. He should release prior year returns ASAP. The audit situation presumably only pertains to 2014's returns. I strongly doubt 2015's returns are anywhere near complete. Sorry, but Rubio's NH debate performance was a klunker. It torpedoed his votes in a state where he should...

Re: Snyder admin. willfully poisons Flint's water customers

Snyder had numerous folks clamoring for a water source change in fall 2014. His administration said "nah, too costly" and moved on. These are HIS people who made that decision. Snyder has filled his administration with complete political hacks. So many people were talking about these problems within...

Re: The Coming War Against Trump

I agree with bmw's conclusions (in terms of implications), but I thought Rubio outperformed Cruz. Rubio arguably solidified himself as the most viable alternative to Trump. Cruz handled himself poorly on the health care topic, and frankly, CNN saved his ass after moving on despite Cruz making an unb...

Re: Trump Trial For Fraud...

I think Donald did lose a shit ton of money post-911 and also during the real estate bust of 2008 and 2009.

I remember him whoring his "brand" for friggin mattresses of all things. And we all know about the Macy's neckties made in China.

Re: Marco Rubio In Grand Rapids

How many people were there? Just curious.

Trump drew 9,000 around Christmas.

Re: Super Tuesday Predictions?

Audio is right. Rubio spent far more time than any other GOP candidate in Nevada and only has a mediocre vote total in that state to show for it. Donald kicked his ass.

If Cruz loses or barely wins in Texas, he should strongly consider quitting the race.

Re: Would you vote for Trump in November?

Holy mackeral - TT - I completely agree with you!

Not only would I have zero issue voting for Trump in the general election, there is a strong likelihood I'll be voting for him in Michigan's primary.

Re: Democrats becoming increasingly worried about Trump

Basically Trump and Romney are the same, minus Trump's bombast. Their personalities, the way they campaign, and the way they present their messages are very, very different. That matters tremendously. Mitt has been a wannabe lifetime politician since the early 90's. Trump speaks frequently and arde...

Democrats becoming increasingly worried about Trump

Establishment GOP cronies (and Ted Cruz) are either full of shit or guilty of wishful thinking when they say Trump would be easily defeated in a general election. Such a line of thinking is quite humorous when one considers what a disaster Mitt Romney's general election performance turned out to be ...
