They have BBC World News as a sub-channel to some PBS stations, on the International Channel. No need for shortwave broadcasts to the US.

I listen to the BBC WS daily via XM or one of my three streaming receivers.

For the past few weeks WWJ has not been broadcasting in HD Radio on AM. Anyone know why? Is it an equipment issue or what? Will they start broadcasting again in HD Radio anytime soon? I had been listening to them everyday in HD Radio and love the improved fidelity.

I have been listening to WWJ. WUOM and WKAR on HD Radio for several years. Love the HD Radio audio.

I had some back and forth with the WDET station manager today (3/24/2021) about HD Radio and she brought up that WDET uses SCA for their Detroit Radio Information Service.
