I'm not getting anything special where I live, just the usual common tropo from the Tri-Cities, GR and Lansing, plus a couple of Detroiters (including the new Breeze)

Cool find indeed. I myself have yet to find any EBS/EAS tests from my local stations, but I have a severe storm warning bug on a tape from 2005, if that matters much.

Maybe Russia isn't the only problem... some Kuwaitis seemed to hack us last night.

For some unknown reason, AC and 1970's formats have totally ignored Olivia Newton-John.
