The Austin-Detroit flight will just have the totality part of the eclipse in view longer. The eclipse moves faster than the plane can fly. It will start in the beginning partiality, and end in the partiality.

She is not a 'Second Amendment victim'. She is a victim of a bad shooter, who needs training in how to aim and fire the firearm. He was shooting at another target, missed, and hit her instead.

The legal question seems to be: can an individual state refuse to have a candidate for a Federal election on the ballot of that state? He may be on the ballot of the other states, but not in that state.

My understanding is that the dues will now be automatically deducted from your paycheck whether you are Union or not; and that you still do not have to join a Union. The Union has to represent you whether you are a dues paying Union member or not.
