It has everything to do with FM radio broadcasting in the United states. an endec is a hardwired unit that manages your EAS messages. Eas stands for emergency alert system. I saw this. I guess if it were my station, if someone gave me money to help my operations, I would talk about them on my station. Sometimes, i would even repeatedly thank them. Maybe, I would thank them more if they gave me more money.

News flash....current ota broadcast is already a thing of the past. Once the us govt gets the delivery network in place to offer free LTE or 5g or whatever to everyone; fm, am, vhf and uhf will shutdown. Advertisers already run the game and are just waiting to be able to geotarget everything we do....
