I said this before, but Q95.5 sounded like a Small city top 40 like 96.9 in Port Huron, 105.9 in Charlevoix or 107.9 in Cadillac.

I noticed yesterday 105,3 has been playing songs that barely any top 40 or even 95.7 has been playing for years mixed in with the current top 40

Such as random songs from 2000 to 2016ish.

I wonder if clownsquare will turn off 1410 In Grand rapids like they did here.

I was doing a band scan of frankenmuth couple weeks ago during a tropo, CHYR walked all over this signal. I imagine that happens semi often as they have a null towards the West to protect CHYM in Kitchener.

I've not listened to 102.3 for any material length of time in probably a couple years, but whenever I did listen to the station and hear commercial breaks, I recall 100 percent of the spots were for businesses located in Metro Detroit - usually Dearborn, Sterling Heights, Warren, Troy, Southfield, ...

I always thought it was odd that they were all the way almost out to South Lyon despite being based a detroit based channel

What's funny is several of Audacy's alternative stations across the country play the Verve Pipe, but for some reason, Detroit's WDZH is not one of them. That band was a one album wonder. I did enjoy the singles that charted. I honestly don't remember a damn thing about his first tour of on-air duty...
