Re: What's your typical FM Dial?

Here, in south west Ontario, about 100 miles from both Toronto and Detroit, there are a lot of signals on the air but there isn't a lot of variety available. Mostly contemporary garbage or cowboy music. For my presets I have 92.1 CKPC, Jewel FM from Brantford, 93.5 CBC Radio I, 94.9 CHRW University o...

Re: I'm mask-less and proud

So, how did the wearing of masks go from being a public health measure to becoming a political statement? Maybe they should just make red masks and blue masks.

Re: Russia Paid The Taliban To Kill American Soldiers In Afganistan

Previous presidents would have taken some sort of action. You seem to support giving more things to Russia despite their paying to kill our troops. Very odd. You can pretend all you want that Trump didn't take action. But you know that's just fake news. He got right on the phone to Putin and invite...

Re: McCanada

A couple of years ago we were at a Tim's in Dayton OH. It was early evening, at an hour when Tim Horton shops here would be packed. We were the only customers in the place. I told the girl that in Canada there is a Tim's on just about every street corner and they're always busy. She just gave me a d...

Re: I'm mask-less and proud

I’m going to a restaurant today to treat my family for my 94 year old mother’s birthday. None of us have a mask and we all refuse to wear one, the restaurant does not require a mask and there’s a bar in this restaurant. If a business refuses anyone because they don’t wear a mask it’s their loss and...

Re: Home Security

A text or e mail wouldn't be helpful when I'm asleep. What I need is a sensitive, long range motion sensor That triggers an audible signal inside the house. The down side would be false alarms when a squirrel or the neighbour's cat gets too close.

Home Security

I'm not talking about protecting my home from break in. I just want something that will alert me if someone is outside. Several times they've broken in to my car while we're sleeping. This week, someone stole my bicycle out of the car port. It was a Norco, a premium quality Canadian brand and worth ...
