Re: Lions Announcer Lomas Brown
He's a terrible person. I have no respect for him ever since he admitted that he missed a block with the intention of allowing Scott Mitchell to get hurt. Protecting him was Lomas Brown's job. It was what the Lions paid him to do. I don't care how poor of a year Mitchell was having, that's completel...

Cars 107.9 up in Flint plays the Classic American Top 40 countdowns from back in the 80's. I think they do them on Saturday nights. I still remember listening to those as a kid. It seems like that would be a good fit for a station like this.

Re: Horrible journalism by the Free Press (shocking, I know)
Yeah, I have thought that asphalt is a strange choice since I first started reading about this project last year. I know that asphalt can be made more durable by installing more depth. Re: Jennifer Granholm
How does that song go, trying to catch a deluge in a paper cup? I'm curious what you think she should have or could have done. Those jobs were going to the south, to Mexico, to China or just automated. It's a good question, and do I have an authoritative answer on what, if anything, would have prev...

Re: Jennifer Granholm
I'm sorry...Lou. She was a horrible leader. You can blame the larger economy at the time for some of it.. but not all. http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052970204422404576594953193376710?mg=id-wsj Totally agree. Any time a company left Michigan, she was holding open the door and handing them di...

Re: Nash fm 93-1 WDRQ
Nash FM is a joke, pure and simple. Nothing like hearing a "Country for Life" sweeper going into a Jason Mraz song or something from Taylor Swift's "1989" album. Guess they haven't gotten the memo that Taylor wants nothing to do with country any more. Can't wait for them to add a Nicki Minaj record...
