TT just needs to learn that God runs the biggest union.
The members run the Union.

Re: Outa Here

I don't believe in allergies, so I never get them. My wife is a believer and suffers for her belief every year when we're in Florida. They're so bad now, she can't even go outside. Might have to put her on a bus and send her home. That's kinda how Christian Science is supposed to work... :blink Tha...

... so don't try! Yes, the subject is the name of a Joe Walsh album. It's also a line used in the following 'commercial' for New York Telephone that circulated decades ago. IIRC this was circulated on a tape that also included Kasey Casem AT40 outtakes and other things considered funny or outrageous...

Re: Luke Perry died

So, teeny-bop girls in the 90's (those who had collateral exposure, perhaps boys who like boys, and maybe TMZ viewers) should be expected to know who LP is/was?

Age is irrelevant.

Re: Gretcholm wants to raise fuel taxes by 45 cents/gallon by 2020

two words "Overton Window" this is how the party's do business. All these years we shout less taxes as the price to do work goes up, then how do you pay for 40 years of neglect. There are probably fewer years of neglect and more instances of shabby construction/maintenance work than you care to wan...

Re: Name The Beer

It's an OK lager, nothing real special - picked up a 6 @ introductory price a few years back. Wife really likes it. Re: Name The Beer

Weihenstephaner's easily my favorite wheat, and I'm happy Meijer keeps a small stock for us up here.

We don't have alot of places near the 45th that give retail space to the European imports anymore... seems it's all craft, Mexican, or industrial - not much in between.
