In December, 98.7 was playing You and Me, by Alice Cooper; and Stand Tall, by Burton Cummings...two awesome songs that fit the format. I wish that they’d re-add them.

I’m amazed at all of the buzz re: 98.7. How boring as hell. I’ve never heard such a small playlist. I can’t see them ever being very successful with this current execution.

It is no wonder that ratings haven’t risen too fast this far: too small of a playlist, constant tinkering with the playlist (softer AC? yacht rock? R&B AC? Today’s AC?...at least that Chadd and Kristy are allowed to talk more than they did earlier this week. Now it feels like they’re competing again...

The ones on 96.3 (Deal Breakers) are even worse. You can tell by listening that this is all scripted; and the participants don’t even sound like people from SE MI. The women usually drop f-bombs, which seem forced. I’m so surprised that Blaine doesn’t call BS on this crap.

WWJ says 4-8 inches of snow for Saturday. WJR calls for 3-5. Weather Channel calling for 1-3....you’d think there’d be more consensus with this being 36-48 hours out.

IMO, this would be a great station if they multiplied the library by 3 or 4x....and added some jingles. I’m sick of the same liners over and over and over....
