Re: Airplane crash

Watching the video it appears the pilot was still flying the plane, it was turning slightly and starting to elevate when they ejected.

Re: Shiawassee County Tornado Coverage 8-11-23

The tornado in Perry knocked over trees, the Veterans pavilion, and yes, the tornado siren. Minimal damage to houses, other than the trees that fell on them. One of the Perry DPW buildings was knocked over, while the one next to it was fine.

Re: 910 am super station breaking news

Speaking of downgrades, I tried giving Jason Smith/Mark Harmon a listen last night. I had to turn it off after 5 minutes because it sounded like they were both hopped up on multiple shots of Espresso, constantly speaking in a borderline "yelling" voice. And that's a major disappointment for me beca...

Re: WWJ news writers

WWJ once referred to Grand Blanc as a suburb of Detroit when talking about the Buick Open golf tournament. Also heard Tony Ortiz mention
Ubly as "oooo--bleee" while mentioning the MHSAA football finals last fall. Go Bearcats!

Trouble at Back to the Bricks? Old cars with even older drivers causing trouble? Were they driving around with thier left turn signal on? Falling asleep at stop lights?

She stunk in Detroit. She was bad on Fox 2. She was even worse on channel 7. The way she reads copy is painful as a viewer.
I know she was let go in Cleveland, was she fired from 2 and 7 as well?

All the Indycar drivers said the Detroit course was horrible, except for the Penske drivers. Because Penske is the one who brought the race to Detroit. https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/m ... 285091007/

Re: Deja Vu! WILX Adding "First at 4" Newscast... Again

Good for WILX — building up their station instead of axing jobs like Sinclair is doing in Flint. I doubt they are adding staff, only adding more workload to those who are currently there. Maybe they add a producer, but I do not see any new faces in their promos. Just rearranging the staff that is al...

Do you think CWA would be better than NABET? I realize both would be better than the UAW since that is not the UAW's specialty.

Re: ABC12 welcomes meteorologist Isaac Cleland

Isaac did a nice job with the Sunday morning weather. He gave the forecast for both the I-69 corridor (Lansing, Flint, Lapeer) as well as the Bay City-Saginaw-Midland area. For someone who hasn't graduated yet he did a real good job.
