WTOU 1560 is a Daytimer, 4.1 D3. WQLR 1660 is Fulltime, 10/1 U1. I don't think you can flip the translator to 1660 as the originating station. The AM and translator go together. The WRTH designation is clearer than the FCC designation in this case. That translator originally simulcasted 98.5 WNWN, ...
