Does any station still play Andy Williams, Ed Ames, Bing Crosby (without David Bowie), Bobby Helms, the Harry Simone Chorale, and some of the other great holiday songs and singers of the 50s and 60s?

I heard the wind, saw a flash of lightning, turned on all the local channels and saw nothing storm related. Then I tried Fox Weather on Comcast, and they weren't even broadcasting a weather program. Not sure what that was about.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. I just assumed some sporting event ran late and the entire evening schedule was behind.

But, that's not the first time I've had the debrief instead of what I expected on Channel 7.

I too think it was the Fox weather app, not the Fox2 app that the lady from New York was talking about. It looked like some features were different than the ones I see Rich Luterman promoting.

Amy Andrews, Deena Centofanti have mentioned being in movies filmed locally, possibly as news reporters

I haven't seen this program myself but if you watched the Emmy's last weekend, nearly every award in the first hour was won by Schitt's Creek or a cast member or writer/supporting team member. It used to air on POP TV - not sure if they are still airing episodes in rerun.

It's just a holiday set twice a day (I forget the times mentioned yesterday, maybe noon and 5pm?). Like a previous post mentioned, following the lead of Hallmark Channel, something other than scary news)

That's too bad. It's probably met the same fate as CMT which shows old programs that I liked to watch. But I can't get that channel anymore without subscribing to the sports package either.
