Re: The MW DX Thread
From RadioKev's location in Shelby township (almost directly north of CKLW), I'm assuming he's nulling out CKLW by turning his antenna away from the south direction. If that's true, wouldn't it also null out PJB? I live in Livonia (west-ish of CKLW), so if I null out CKLW, it means I am turning my ...

That’s not how time works Emile, lol.
Wait till some weirdo wants to change his or her age to 17 to avoid being a pedophile.

Hiding threads
MW, I think I mentioned this already before the great database crash, so I'm sure it is lost. I'm sure you have much bigger things to worry about, but do you think it would be possible in the future to introduce the ability to hide entire threads? There are some endless and/or inflammatory threads ...

Re: President Winfrey 2020
So basically, that list makes her an average or decent human being (depending on your standards). I would agree with all your points. That list is a good minimum start, but that doesn’t make presidential material. According to that list, I would be a great president. Tell me some things that would m ...

Re: President Winfrey 2020
A Hollywood campaign season resulting in another Hollywood presidency, with each candidate with minimal experience and one running specifically so the other can’t be president. Exactly what this country needs to heal and unite.

Re: Considering a smart phone
I would suggest an iPhone SE. It is a basic, low-cost smartphone with the basic benefits of having a more expensive iPhone, although it is smaller in size than the other iPhones. I prefer the Apple ecosystem, so I'm biased toward iPhones, but an Android isn't terrible, and both will "get the job ...

Re: How's everybody doing?
I really don't care if you take my advice or not. I don't know you, and don't really care. Like I said, I don't frequent this section of the forum often. Enjoy your conflicts. No one will ever convince a self-proclaimed victim that they aren't a victim anyway. It's always someone else's fault. Can't ...

Re: How's everybody doing?
You have a better chance of reducing and eliminating what you consider be bullying by ignoring it, not reacting. You won't convince anyone online to stop picking on you. You will be arguing until you're blue in the face. You can only control yourself. You can't control anyone else. If you really ...

Re: Self-driving cars
I wonder how well self-driving vehicles would handle towing. As a driver towing boats, trailers, etc, I know there are lots of different considerations and maneuvers to make in split-seconds that are different than driving a car by itself. I'm sure whatever calculations are made to direct a self ...

Re: How's everybody doing?
I don't usually participate in this forum, but quit whining and crying that people are picking on you. Grow up. If you ignore, your so-called "bullies" will back off. Adults teach elementary school children this lesson. If you're an adult, learn some conflict management without fueling the fire ...

Re: WOMC adding 90s music
I've heard Smooth by Santana/Rob Thomas on WOMC, which is from 1999. That makes me feel old, and I'm 31, but I also feel like that's too new to be on WOMC.
