The shame is that AM talkers are doing well in other big markets, KFI in L.A. is #2, WBZ in Boston is #5. There is no reason that our two 3-letter stations couldn't both be in Detroit's top 10.

I've been reading about the imminent death of AM radio since the 1980s!

Listening to CKWW in the car around metro Detroit most mornings and as early as 3:30 PM or so I can hear WTCM Traverse City right underneath.

I wonder if they're still on low power since this past week before sunrise I could hear a couple of stations underneath.
