You might as well have them work from home if the boss is going to have them sitting in separate rooms around the office. Makes no sense to have them come in to not be together.

The decline in GDP is mostly a function of supply chain inefficiencies and to a lesser extent, insufficient pool of labor. The Fed's aggressive interest rate hikes worry me in that it could cause a prolongment of the supply chain issues that currently exist. It becomes more difficult to "in source"...
