Re: Being cheap at Christmas
Lots of friends… so suck on that! Not sure why you want to continue to bash those of us who barely made enough to live on… while billion dollar media corporations make money off our backs. And when it come to showing a little bit of appreciation, they go cheap on what they call “our most important ...

Re: Being cheap at Christmas
Soundchaser: really nice. Glad you look down on people who work hard like gas station and grocery store workers. And keep up. I’ve said numerous times that I’m proud of the work I did as a journalist. But I left 25-66 because of the chronic mismanagement at the station. The holiday parties in Frank...

Re: Being cheap at Christmas
I don't know about 5 but 12 stopped having a Christmas party years ago. 25 had a very nice soiree at Bronners for a long time up until the pandemic. AND worked a deal for deeply discounted rooms so people could enjoy the evening without worry. The days of big parties is over just about everywhere. S...

Re: Sports journalism recruiting
Soundchaser, you Sinklair wannabe. Stick to what you know… which is apparently very little. Hodak was absolutely behind Greg and Ryan’s departures. Her petty vendettas cost two of the very best sports journalists their jobs. Finally Gray had enough of her BS and showed her the door. How she was abl...

Re: Sports journalism recruiting
You really expect everyone to believe that the person who did the firing had no impact on that decision? That is some next level BS. The next level BS is what you are pedaling. So you expect everyone to believe that Hodak killed the sports golden goose at 12 because she had a vendetta against Molzo...

Re: Sports journalism recruiting
Welcome to the world under Jayne Hodak. She pushed out Molzon and Slocum. She doesn’t care about sports. It shows her lack of knowledge of local news viewers. But don’t expect it to change. She’ll do the bare minimum when it comes to local sports to get by. Don’t go work for Jayne/WNEM if you have ...

Re: Negative Posts
Not sure what you mean by your last post, Matt. Since you once again go off topic and make a personal attack against me. Do you disagree that Bondy’s post is contradictory with his actual social media strategy? My goal was to point out the hypocrisy that Bondy wants to reduce negative social media ...

Although this looks like a continuation of low life 101, this form is not a democracy and it is up to the site owner to make these types of decisions. I would urge you to report any post that doesn't fall within the terms of service by using the exclamation point in the upper right corner of each p...

Long time ABC12 director Kent Casner has passed away. RIP.
Kent was the best director in this market. I'm sure he could have work anywhere as a director. Also a cool person.
