Would WJRT be the most likely station to pick this up in the Flint area considering it already has MeTV?

I live in Lapeer and this station seems to always be off the air or running dead air. I wonder if they are having transmitter issues. Daily. There always seems to be something wrong with it.

Why did they put this station on the air? It literally does nothing but play instrumental versions of classic hits songs. This may have already been posted but WKBD has removed the "CW50" logo that they have always had. It is now "Detroit 50" I am not sure how to include images on this but I noticed this change today.

On a Zapperbox there is usually a lock next to encrypted channels. There isn't one on 5, it's just blacked out.
