Killian is quitting after nearly three years of running ABC12 into the ground.

The entire newsroom(what's left)is jumping for joy.

12 has the most photographers in the market. Some are incredibly talented. They have a unique situation where they have more photographers than reporters. ABC 12 has now lost its assistant news director. He is going across the street to WNEM. When will the higher ups at the station realize the reason why they're losing people is because of denise. Morale is extremely low at lapeer rd.

That was expected. Those two weren't from Michigan. People from the state are the only one's who are willingly to stay in that market. There's a reason why Flint and Saginaw are not on the Pure Michigan ads.

The lack of staff has caught up with them. Denise had to produce and booth all of the evening shows one day last week. The people they have right now with no ties to that area are gone. Someone else is going to pick them up the first moment there's an opportunity.

Wnem doesn't see 12 as competition. Denise lies and tells everyone they're catching up in ratings. Wake up, it's been almost 3 years. Dawn, Terry and Angie are the only reason that place hasn't completely folded in on itself.

On LinkedIn it shows there's an opening for a news director at the Sinclair station in flint.

There's been close to 30 people on air and behind the scenes that have left 12. She's the kind of person who blames it on other reasons not her own failures.
