Either way, good for Danny. I worked with Dancing Danny briefly at WVIC in the '80s. He was a very good jock and even a better person. I wish him well. There is life after radio! He had a very long ride, and in one market. Very, very few get to say that.

I did that the first time I came across the band, but that was at a Florida AOR station. I blame the PD: He should have put a pronouncer on the album cover.

Back in 1981 & in 1982, WFYC played an album by an artist or group at around 10:00 at night (which that station was in MONO) including Sheena Easton's 1981 debut & America "Homecoming" from 1972!! The station ended at 11:25 at night & played the national anthem!! That station was blocked because I ...

Also I see that JoJo Girard is solo again on WFGR mornings. What happened to his co-host? The few times I heard the two, it came off awkward. I think he is much better by himself.
