Re: Ron Cameron

This recent fundraising event, featuring Mickey Lolich, Mickey Stanley, Willie Horton, Jon Warden, Jack Morris, Lance Parrish, Larry Herndon & John Grubb, would've been fertile ground for Ron. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14-SG2rPYIM Nice video. That interview with Mickey Lolich had a nice "Boys ...

Re: Ron Cameron

Dan Petry just commented on how many school buses are lined up outside Comerica Park for today's game. The team's promotions department must have taken Ron's sage advice.

Re: Ron Cameron

I would be interested; my schedule is pretty flexible. Prefer a place with Jumbotrons and day-old scallops.

Re: Ron Cameron

I wonder how Ron would have reacted to Killian Hayes not being chosen to play for the French Olympic team.

Re: Ron Cameron

On this Saturday afternoon I was listening to a bit of WPON and was thinking of Sportstalk What was a favorite Ad read or maybe place you may have gone to? I did not visit any of Ron’s commercial ad spots, though my favorite reads were: The Jumbotron-I always envisioned old school Sony tvs hanging. ...

Re: Ron Cameron

Was there any photo of Ron just before his passing or in his later years? The photos I see of him look like they're at least 20 years old. I don't know about the most recent still photo of Ron, but I think this moving picture of Ron - scroll down to 12/8/19 (a rerun from the previous week, 11/30/19 ...

Apparently Ron’s doctor didn’t know he died. That’s very sad.
Could be his dentist or foot doctor.
It is sad that Ron will apparently end up in potter's field.

Alex, Matt, Martin, and Luke A somber and wistful parody of "Abraham, Martin, and John" Anybody here seen my old friend Alex? Can you tell me where he's gone? He produced a lot of programs, But he knew when to move on, I just looked around, and he's gone. Anybody here seen my old friend Matt? Can ...

I am assuming that there is still no word on the circumstances of Scoops exit, and maybe he still lies unclaimed down at the Warren morgue? Nothing more on this from Martin. Here are a couple of his recent posts: Hi Friend, I want to let you know that Ron Cameron does not have any fundraisers or ...

I haven’t seen that on his X page, unless I missed it.
It was on Martin's post while the show was live. Someone tagged Bob and asked if he would be calling in. Bob replied that he wasn't asked.
