This would be very contentious if the license is cancelled. Estimates of the frequency remaining off the air range from 5 to 10 years. Look at the fact that there were SIX APPLICANTS for CLASS A 104.5. Look at how long that took to resolve. Look how long 95.9 was off after its license was cancelled....
