It seems that Ch.2 and 4"s morning shows mainly focus on restaurants or other businesses pushing their food/services. Can anyone tell me if these companies pay the station to be on the air? That's all these showsw have become.

Borderboy, you've clearly got your head up your a@#$%. The local news is for most of southeast Michigan and Canada, not just Detroit, in which case southeast Michigan is at least %80 white. Check it out, fool!

Probably WDIV because they seem to take a more serious approach, like actually dealing with real issues, and less fluff. BTW, did you notice they all seem to over empasize black viewpoints? Whenever they talk to the people on the street about gas prices, etc. they almost always only ask black people...

This guy has no business doing the Lions games on WJR. What are they thinking? The guy can barely talk, considering his slow mushmouth drawl. You mean the Lions couldn't have found someone better. He probably drives as many listeners away as he attracts, plus he has nothing intelligent to add.

This guy has opened or planned to open at least 20 different restaurants in the years he's been on the radio in this area, but most never come to be, and the ones that did never seem to last/have any customers. Why is that.
