Re: Bill Harris retiring

Dude, once again off topic. And you must have stopped taking your meds if you think this is a court of law that has standards of proof. Luckily for you, the Buzzboard doesn't have these standards. Otherwise, you would have been banned years ago. But sure, feel free to attack others with your "wit" (...

Re: Regional Emmys

Yes, I am still employed by TV5, and management has made it very clear that they'd prefer us not to engage in these online forums. So, yes, I am choosing to remain anonymous (which is my right). Not that that matters or has anything to do with you once again taking us away from the topic at hand: WJ...

Very true. We only need to look at this forum for trumped up outrage for the sake of starting an argument and trolling others.

Re: Broadcasting Hotties 2019

Who says any of the persons who were listed aren't also intelligent. I know most of those who were mentioned and can say they are some of the kindest, hardest working teammates. You can be "hot" (others word) and smart and a good person. Good for all of them. Bad on HL101 for once again taking anoth...

Re: Bill Harris retiring

Once again, HL101: off topic. But you believe what you want to believe and I'll believe the truth. Don't you have some gardening to do???

Re: Regional Emmys

I'll start with naming one former coworker: me. Because you don't know my identity doesn't mean I don't know yours. The halls of the Rusty Nickel are more spacious since your oversized ego left the building.

"Little girls and gay men will be so happy!" -- yeah sounds like you're commenting on their coverage and not trolling your former stations... again?

Re: Rescan WEYI 25

WNEM also changed its channel frequency as part of this week's repack. Viewers will need to rescan if they receive these stations over the air. It shouldn't affect cable, satellite services.

Re: SCREW YOU! I’M KEEPING YOU SAFE!!!

DAC: True, but local TV stations are licensed by the FCC to operate in the public interest. So I would argue that TV stations have a responsibility to broadcast severe weather warnings aimed at protecting lives and property. They can do that through a variety of methods: on air break ins to programm...

Re: Bill Harris retiring

HL101: 1. Yes you are a biological male. A petty, little man at that. 2. You clearly have anger issues that need to be addressed by a professional. 3. I'm sure you know who you met, but it doesn't explain why you're embarrassed to admit your true identity, despite the fact that many people know who ...

Re: ABC12 constant clicking sound on morning news

It was happening throughout their prime time programming as well last night. Do they have any Master Control ops or engineers watching their over the air signal?

Re: Regional Emmys

HL101: as someone who professes that he's not in the broadcasting (past, current or future -- which is a lie), why do you care how much the Emmy board charges for entries for Emmy consideration? No one is forcing anyone to submit their work for judging, so I'm not sure why you seem obsessed over thi...
