Twenty four hours of 1950s Vegas schtick just wasn't attracting the audience it used to. And Jerry's rendition of "You'll Never Walk Alone" got more disjointed every year. You just never knew at what point in the song he'd break down. Vegas gamblers probably made book on it. The local market breaks...

Just some thoughts, today being Labor Day and as a kid growing up in the 70's, The Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethons always told us "Summer is done and school starts tomorrow"...now a days is that telethon even on anymore??

He just returned from a two week vacation, then this morning he is off...again?? He get's more time off than Congress...just a rant...carry on.....

WJR is airing an absolute clownshow of a program tonight, as some NFL franchise is laying massive turds at the 50 yard line, yes it's only "pre-season"...lol...

Listening to 97.1 right now (4:58pm, 8-8-2019)...Mike Sullivan talking...carry on....

Have to mention when he was pulled over for DUI back in 2003, and was given a lift home by the accommodating Oakland County Sheriff deputies, now if that was you, or me....

I miss Drew Lane in the mornings, I cannot listen to Dork and Chuck the F*ck on WRIF. Drew knew about local issues around Detroit, knew his sports, him and Mike Clark (RIP) was great radio in the AM...I like the podcasts, do not listen as often as I'd like though...
