Wasn't Channel 62 a channel that focused on urban programming? Like Soul Train. New Dance Show. Etc. And then when Fox emerged and bought all those big locals, like channel 2, CBS got bumped. It doesn't mean as much to people in the age of cable tv...but it shook up local tv pretty good when it happ...
