I will agree, usually that is a small-market issue. But budgets do make or break.

Re: Roy loses another station....

Why would WTCM-FM be forced to move its COL? Why not move Christian-format WLJN?

He’s already said on that video he’s also staying at Right Brain.

Morning show is going to be music intensive with some old features from his afternoon show
Well with the main studio at WGFN, Smitty can do both the brewery and radio.

Re: TV RF Channel Changes

The station should explain WHY it is changing frequencies. There will be a lot of people asking questions.

Re: Manistee, MI through the years

Bravo was like A&E was, featuring cultural entertainment programming, though Bravo was more upmarket. Today's Bravo is the same channel which, like A&E, reinvented themselves many times over into a more populist format that's unrecognizable from what it used to be. Interesting. Learn something new ...

Re: Breaking: Meredith to possibly exit the TV business

Re: National test??

Interesting thing too, if you read about Part 11 rules from the FCC, there are still mentions of the old EBS directions for an EAN. And until 2011 there literally was "EBS" in some of the text.

Re: Old cable lineups

Thanks to a quirk on Zenith TV sets, those non-converter viewers who had Zenith TVs had WADL on cable channel 0, WWJ on cable channel 1 and IIRC Sci-Fi on cable channel 00. Now that is really odd!! I just remember the old GE sets (mid-80s) only went to channel 36. However, switch it to IRC or HRC a...

Re: National test??
