Re: FOX 47 revolving door

It is funny to see you always bash Neille, and even easier to see you were one of the few negative humans that walked through the Flint doors. Neille was, and still is, a good human and ND. Being away from the Sinclair masters will likely be a major boost and allow her true abilities to shine. Those...

Re: Ginger Zee's closet

You clearly have missed the dozens of times she talks about her thrifting and reuse of her clothes. It's been a large part of her push for more sustainability in the broadcast industry.

Re: Auto Show Charity Preview on WDIV

What did FOX and ABC do? CBS did a streaming only show rather than cover programming for the evening. Seeing the responses above, that seems like it should be the preferred choice for WDIV going forward.

Re: Constant negativity

There are still some pretty good on-air meteorologists around these parts. I think Rich Luterman and Alan Longstreet on Fox 2 are both very good. Ahmed on 62 clearly knows his stuff. Mike Taylor on 7 appears knowledgeable, too. Ashlee on 4 is not bad and is an upgrade from her predecessor. Blake Ha...

Re: Channel 4 wins yet again

It looks like on their crawl that they were pushing to 50. That looks like a higher powers decision. Knowing Ahmed and his previous coverage I would expect he gave them an ear full for not being on CBS and moving to 50 instead.

And now this is simply sad. Case in point the man has lost all credibility.

Re: Bondy yelling at viewers

The "private journalism" is him sharing articles from real news outlets, and then making conspiracy videos to fill in the time between those posts.
There is nothing private about it. It is all a scam at this point.

62 was a joke.
This is disappointing. Ahmad Bajjey must have had the weekend off or 62 just doesn't care. He was on top of it over at WEYI.
On his Facebook page he had said he was out of town. Even out of town he still managed to post updates and warnings. No live video as he did before.

It looks like Ahmed posted he was away on vacation earlier but was still posting updates. I don't know about the rest.

Re: Weather reporting

Both 2 and 62 broke in with 4 and 7. I flipped between them all a little bit and all stations did very well. I would say the weakest was 2 only because they did not seem to go as in-depth as the other three.

Fired!
Tang wasn't the only one. Fox went too and Nexstar decided to be petty and fired the executive producer and producer who tweeted about the memo. But didn't all of the staff tweet about it?

Incorrect. CW has had a ticker and bug running every 5 minutes since the first warning. The ticker isn't on CBS I believe because they are currently in newscast.

Re: Ameera David is leaving Channel 7

After a round of layoffs from Scripps this week, I'll bet losing another body hurts.
