Re: CBS Sunday Night Movie (Everything Old Is New Again)

NBC is showing The Secret Life Of Pets this Saturday at eight. This could be just a one night thing though. At the same time WADL is showing a 2013 film called Limbus. Lately they've been playing some really obscure films, (Curvature, Imagine I'm Beautiful.) it's kind of neat that a stations still d...

Mt St Helens

Today is the 40th anniversary of the eruption of Mt Saint Helens. Does anyone out there have any memories of the coverage of the event, (or maybe even the event itself. I remember a kid at camp showing a small vial of ash from the mountain his brother sent , (I wonder if he still has it?)

Comcast Outages

Has anyone out there been having a problems with Comcast outages? In roughly the last month I have three outages that lasted three hours or more. Does have anything to with the Pandemic, (staff shortages, heavy use of system.)

Re: Channels that need programming changes or should be shut down

I kind of like MTV Classic. There are times I can watch it and pretend I'm back in high school with out all the high school crap. It was better when it was VHI Classic. Anthrax and Husker Du videos a 5:30 AM were pretty cool. I'm not so sure about those random channels that seem to show nothing but ...

Blondies

Has anyone out there have ever been to a club called Blondies? It was around in the 80's and had roughly the same kind of acts that you would find at Harpos. A new version opened up around Corktown but I'm not sure if it's still there.

Re: CBS Sunday Night Movie (Everything Old Is New Again)

Starz also does that. Whenever a movie has end credits they're partially blocked out by their own promos. However, there is always IMDB for that information.
