Most, if not all of those website links predate Proposal 3, WHICH IS A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. It was very clear that EVERYONE has right to reproductive freedom and voided all laws in conflict with it.
I interviewed an attorney on this before it passed and he said the was no parental consent requirement in the amendment, and the old laws could not be enforced because it specifically voided all laws in conflict.
Most everyone thinks the proposal was poorly worded, some of these may end up in court, but the Michigan Supreme Court will eventually side with Proposal 3.
Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

Ok, maybe this will meet your requirements TC?
I spent days studying proposal 3, so pardon me if I think you must have been living under a rock last fall

Ok here's another:
“If you have a 12-year-old at home and they’re going to be getting their tonsils removed, you absolutely need to give an informed consent and sign the form as their parent in order to have a doctor perform that procedure,” Bursch said.
“That same 12-year-old, if they were to get pregnant, would be able to go to an abortion clinic and have the life of their child terminated without their parent even being informed about that fact.”
Backers of the constitutional amendment don’t dispute the claims, saying that the proposal guarantees the right to reproductive health from birth including not only abortion but also miscarriage care and contraception.
“Our state has put in place substantial barriers that really deprive young people of autonomy to decide what they can do with their own bodies and has forced many young people to carry pregnancy that they are just not ready for,” Kitaba said.

There are a LOT of "unintended consequences" that are going to happen due to that poorly worded amendment, and it's just going to take a bit of time and a few test cases with the right attorneys to prove that out.
Used to be a time in society when we accepted that kids under a certain age weren't capable of making decisions regarding sex and becoming parents. This amendment completely invalidates that concept.

Audiophile is correct on the impact of proposal 3.

The parental consent laws are still in effect, even after passing of prop 3.

They might still be on the books, but they won't be enforced.

Can't be enforced, as they are now unconstitutional.

And why do you think it "won't be enforced?" You seriously think legit doctors are performing abortions on minors with no parental consent? Even though it's still illegal?"

Yeah, what’s a little murder here and there?
63 million+ “safe and legal” executions since Roe v Wade, mostly African American, but they don’t matter, right?

Why do only some black lives matter to you?
1,000 black babies are killed every day in America by the “safe and legal” execution you celebrate.
You are a monster!

All I'm trying to do is prove that keto is the same poster as 10+ times banned lovinlife, in case the board administrator still had doubts.
