I was down in Toledo today near Franklin Park Mall and was picking up a decent signal from 96.7. Not strong enough for RDS, so originally I thought it was CHYR under an unusual circumstance. Now, I seem to think it is WBVI Fostoria. I didn’t listen long enough for an ID (not my type of music), but there was a female jock.
Does WBVI put a decent signal into Toledo? The maps show fringe reception.

WBVI?
Re: WBVI?
Mix 96.7 never identifies, except with sweepers. WW1-Hot AC does have a female jock on at 8 pm. Mix 96.7 is clearly satellite fed... could not be more obvious to even Helen Keller. Look at the jocks, Google them. You will see multiple stations they are on, such as "106.1 The Point" as well. The talent should have been Charlee B.
No, Mix 102.7 is not playing the same thing, yet BAS owns them both and both are the same format. I mention this, as someone asked why Mix 98.1 and The River were exactly the same songs in the same order on weekends and during holiday music.

Re: WBVI?
That being said, without hearing or remembering anything more... it is impossible to know for sure. Question cannot logically be answered.
