The “strikers” are all, “Our union bosses, well, at least the ones that aren’t in federal prison, are fighting to get us a great deal!”

The company has plenty of inventory and the non-union workers, as well as the union bosses, all get their regular wages.

My Union has 750,000 bosses. We're the members who go to work every day, do our jobs, pay our dues and, every four years, elect our leaders. We're the Union bosses.

I’m glad you find this forum as a place where you can escape reality.

However, for those in the real world:

Bosses do not take orders.
Bosses negotiate on their own behalf.
Bosses don’t do grunt work.
Bosses’ power is not from numbers.

Therefore, you, and those in your forced club are not bosses because:

You take orders rather than give them.
You pay your bosses to negotiate on your behalf.
Your bosses that negotiate don’t do the work you do.
Your bosses’ power comes from position.

You’ve been tricked into believing that you have power, but all along, you, and those other members of your club have paid tricksters all while believing it was good for you. The reason the majority of workers don’t belong to a union is because they can negotiate a better deal on their own or get the same deal without having to pay tricksters.

Therefore, I just educated you on the realities of life, and it did it, LIKE A BOSS!
