Re: Luke Perry died
Luke who?
I don't mean to brag, but I just put a puzzle together in 1 day and the box said 2-4 years.
Re: Luke Perry died
That would describe most people older than 13, male, and having the ability to watch or do anything else when Beverly Hills 90120 was on...

Yes true , But in the 90’s When you have a house full of teenage daughters and a younger Wife, Those teen programs were always on the tube , Melrose Place was another Show that was on at the homestead as well, Even in the 2K’s My Wife was glued to The O.C and One Tree Hill, I guess when your married to a girl 15 years younger than yourself you’re tuned in to a younger demographic music and television. Makes me feel younger too.

Re: Luke Perry died
So, teeny-bop girls in the 90's (those who had collateral exposure, perhaps boys who like boys, and maybe TMZ viewers) should be expected to know who LP is/was?
Age is irrelevant.

Re: Luke Perry died
Luke Perry has been in so many shows and movies.
I never even watched BH90210.
I originally knew him from his vast library of made for television movies he starred in when I was a kid

Re: Luke Perry died
I worked in the control room of a Fox affiliate from 1990 to 1999. Got hooked on 90210 by default (Melrose Place too). Granted the shows were campy as hell, but it's like opening a can of Pringles. Eat a few chips and ya just gotta keep going.
Sad to hear of Luke Perry's passing at such a young age. He moved on from the 90210 franchise to prove himself as a talented and versatile actor in a number of different roles. Perry exited 90210 halfway through its run over the direction of the show and concerns about being typecast as the James Dean rebel-style character he portrayed in Dylan McKay. Probably a wise move on his part as it led to a variety of different character roles down the road. Funny that it would eventually lead him to a parental role in Riverdale, another 20-something prime time soap.
