Re: Fault 106.7 appears to have one foot in the grave
If GNASH were to be on its way out the door would it make more sense for iHateLocalRadio to flip the station country or classic rock again? Obviously I have beaten a dead horse, but if iHate were to flip it country again they should make every attempt to bring back W4 Country to 106.7. Would Cume-less be willing to sell/swap the WWWW-FM call letters and branding back to iHate?

Wheels could work as a country name.
"Wheels 106.7, Music For Truckers"
Lol

Isn't this attempt number four at classic rock? Alice, the Drive, D 1.0 and now (potentially) Wheels/z?MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 1:45 pmA trade web site is reporting iFart has registered multiple domains for WDTW-FM containing "Wheelz" or "Wheels" in the name.
Hopefully, attempt number three at Classic Rock will be much better than the previous two, although I must acknowledge "The D" was fairly successful for a time. Then, nasally Alan Cox in mornings and Casey K. as PD ran the station into the ground.
Let's hope the Wheelz brand isn't dishonored if this comes to fruition.

They just flipped.... First song acdc it's a long way to the top. It's on a loop. Last song was nirvana in bloom

Don’t take them long, Another attempt at Classic Rock, Actually they could sound better than The Breeze . If They’re doing this all weekend they will lose any possible Classic Rock listeners. Just my opinion.

This is obviously a stunt.
You don't flip formats and play the same song 50 times in a row

It'd better not be classic rock again. Stupidity if they do.

Perhaps at 5 PM Today, It seems all of 106.7’s changes happened at 5PM on Friday’s in the past.

The article I posted says they will be flipping to a "Detroit Heritage Format".
That could mean half a dozen things.
The song they have on repeat must have a meaning...
"Long way to the top"

By the way There’s a WOMC sound alike here in Seattle but it’s an IHeart product one of the stations I worked for in ‘87 KJR FM 95.7 “The Jet” The playlist is very close to ‘OMC the big difference is they do The I Heart 80’s weekends. Just thought you would be interested.
