Isn't the "Hell froze over" a lame annual story..???
I would expect nothing less than a lame story like this on TV5

I don't see nothing wrong with this, I think it's fun! An occasional fluff story here and there is fine.

Did you watch it? It was from WDIV.

Along with the cryonics lab stories about Hell Michigan are very common for the local news.

There's also a Paradise Michigan in the UP. I spent the night there about five and a half years ago.

The 10 Strongest Signals In 48169

Post by CK-722 » Sat Feb 02, 2019 7:44 am

The strongest signals for the nearest Pinckney Zip Code 48169, can be found here by entering 48169.

The Top 10 signals in 49169 resemble a discussion from "Hotel California" lyrics. Being there and trying to get out, you are subject to both the "Flapper Philosophy" that brought you there, down the Primrose Path (AKA M-36), the strongest signals on 91.7 and 90.5, and further down, the strong signals that get you back on the Path to Redemption on 89.7 and 103.5. Ironic.

Well, hardy-har-har!

It doesn’t surprise me that this tripe (look it up) passes for entertainment.

When the country goes crazy over pale, out-of-shape, overpaid, balding, non-talented school administrators who work nine months out of the year who put sunglasses on indoors and sing, this doesn’t surprise me at all.

Seriously, do you all still laugh at a pie in the face?
To me, somebody got off their ass and did a little work.
I'd rather see some local stuff like this, then yet another off the satellite Washington story on a local station.

When I lived in Phoenix AZ in the early 70's you could count on some roving reporter to fry an egg on the asphalt at some shopping center when the summer heat got serious.

How is this a Flint story? Pinckney is much closer to Ann Arbor.

Now Parshallville I can see. Even though it's not all there, being Parshallville. Get it?

Even though both are outside the County Lines of the FSB Market.

Over 40 years ago in August of 1978, I went to The University Of Michigan Fresh Air Camp for 2 weeks near Hell, MI when I was 13 years old!! Problem was, I had to take a shower every night because of a lake (can't remember which it was)!!
