98 Degrees - The Hardest Thing
Juice Newton - Queen Of Hearts
Dan Fogelberg - Lonely In Love
Rod Stewart - Reason To Believe (Unplugged)
Anyone mention "People Get Ready" yet?

Are you referring to the Rod Stewart/Jeff Beck version, or The Impressions?
The song was actually covered about a dozen times I believe. I really love Rod's version though.

How about "Game Of Love" by Santana ft. Michelle Branch. It was an AC staple in the early 2000s.

Oh and Michael McDonald's cover of "Ain't No Mountain High Enough", as well as his superhit "I Keep Forgettin' (Everytime You're Near)".

For sure though we need "My Father's Eyes" by Eric Clapton.
He's definitely lacking airplay on here, they only are playing "Tears In Heaven" right now.

Still waiting for Sheryl Crow's "All I Wanna Do". If they don't want to play that, they can at least do "Soak Up The Sun".

Also, Bonnie Raitt's "Something To Talk About" has been an AC staple ever since it was first released back in 1990.
I convinced the PD at KISQ (98.1 The Breeze) in SF to add it in as well as the Sheryl Crow song back in early 2017, and they still play them both daily. That station is currently the number 1 music station in the SF market.
When they first flipped in 2016 they were SUPER SOFT, and after a while I decided to contact the PD (don't remember his name) and said I had some great song ideas to "shake it up a bit", and he was all for my ideas. He probably thought it was a bit weird that I was on the other side of the country but whatever, it all worked out, haha.

I would love to be a radio consultant (that doesn't make stations sound stale like ...cough.. Gary Berkowitz.. cough). Music is my life. I have a giant music encyclopedia in my brain, and I love making use of it.
If they for some reason are not willing to play "Something To Talk About", a couple softer Bonnie Raitt songs I would recommend are "Have A Heart" and "Cool, Clear Water".
I do think "Something To Talk About" is the best option though. I honestly don't feel like it's even possible to have an Adult Contemporary station without it.

Also, we are definitely lacking Ace Of Base.
I obviously would immediately jump to "The Sign", but if the station wants to truly fulfill it's new slogan of 'The Songs You've Missed', then I think the song of choice needs to be "Don't Turn Around".

I was thinking Rod and Beck, but the unplugged version would be great. Can't really fail with any of the hit versions.

Remember all those posts we made about how much we wanted Fergie, Meaghan Trainor, and more Adele?

Ya, me neither.
How about they get rid of them.

I'm listening to The Breeze because I DONT like WNIC.
Playing that crap that WNIC plays isn't helping anything 🙄

EXACTLY! We always complain that there’s nothing different and interesting on the radio. Then, we either listen to people say “we don’t need another AC, we have WNIC” or they say “oh hey, I wish this new station played exactly the same stuff as WNIC!” UGH!

Bertie Higgins - Key Largo
The Doobie Brothers - Minute By Minute

These I've mentioned already but I feel they really need to be added:
Benny Mardones - Into The Night
Toni Braxton - Un-Break My Heart
Donna Lewis - I Love You Always Forever
Dave Mason - We Just Disagree
Nick Lowe - Cruel To Be Kind
The Jets - Make It Real
Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons - December 1963 (Oh What A Night)

They are for sure reading this, they have added in a LOT of stuff mentioned in here. (Mostly mine since I'm posting most of it, lol) If they weren't reading this, I wouldn't even bother writing all this stuff. I'm hoping to improve the station, not just suggest songs for fun.
They are currently updating the playlist every Tuesday.

They just played "Africa" by Toto.
*facepalm*
How about we not start playing lame stale songs that nobody wants to hear anymore. I'm not going to stick around if it starts going in this direction.

The new slogan they have going is "The Songs You've Missed", not "The stale songs you can hear on 4 other stations"

Play "I'll Be Over You" by Toto!!! That is perfect for The Breeze.

Yea, they've been playing The Living Years since the day they flipped. It's a great song and perfect for The Breeze. Most stations love to overplay All I Need Is A Miracle and ignore The Living Years, so, I'm very satisfied.
