Ron Cameron's Restaurants?

Post by Toggs » Mon Dec 03, 2018 5:45 pm

This guy has opened or planned to open at least 20 different restaurants in the years he's been on the radio in this area, but most never come to be, and the ones that did never seem to last/have any customers. Why is that.

He has a compulsive need to keep searching for another restaurant. Then he's probably a very difficult person to deal with in negotiations, based on his personality and the fact that he's always "working out a few more details." The last I heard he was supposed to open up something on December 1 but I didn't hear him mention anything this past weekend.

Maybe because his restaurant acumen is on the same level as his radio show production value.

This guy is completely disorganized and in a state of disarray. He was supposed to have settled on something in Livonia but last report was he is still searching. His restaurants are dives and typically do not have a long shelf life.

I am pretty sure it takes real money to open a real restaurant. I get the feeling Ron doesn’t have any real money, and that basically explains why his places take so long to open and close so quickly. All about the dollars, not carpetbagging shysters selling “ads”!!!

Perhaps Ronnie should get some of his "buddies" to front him the money to open his restaurant. Buddies such as,you know,Denny.

I just Googled "Ron Cameron restaurant".

Result #1: Ron Cameron Opens Home Run Eatery on Orchard Lake Road

Result #3: Ron Cameron's Home Run Eatery - CLOSED

Interestingly, Result #2 was a "Ron Cameron In One Word:" discussion thread that started on this site in 2013.
