No shit. Not like Livingston county has much else to do. Take away the weed and enforcement will be cut back drastically. I still can't believe Green Oak Twp and Northfield Twp have their own police forces. For what? 20 people live there combined.

Insurance rates are really going up.

Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

I may vote yes on the off chance some stoner will run a red light or stop sign t-bone the OP, put it/him/her out of its/hi/her misery and give the rest of us a collective sigh of relief.

I'm glad you "piped" in on this, Craig (yes that was a miserable pun). I'll never forget when I first moved to Ann Arbor a couple years ago and, while walking around downtown (Main and Fourth area), and a guy walked past me smoking a joint. May as well just go all in with it. Folks are gonna do what they want anyway.

What I've read about civil asset forfeiture disturbs me.

Just enough that I might be a "YES" vote now come Tuesday.

Ideally, what we need is a civil asset forfeiture ballot proposal!!!

Even legislators in Alabama see this as a big problem:

I hope it doesn't actally take like 2 years for licensing issues like it did for other states.
