Is anyone here familiar with The Free State project? It sounds interesting , I am not sure if it will totally turn NH into a libertarian utopia but it's an interesting idea. https://www.fsp.org/

Looks interesting. I started looking up some info on New Hampshire and discovered that they have no sales tax and no personal state income taxes. However they have high property taxes. It goes on to say that the overall tax burden is relatively low.
