Perhaps 106.7 could flip to full-time Italian language programming?

They could play Volare alot, (well part of that song is in Italian. Actually that's a really good song.)

Since radio is dying a slow death as the populations grows older and most millennial's and younger don't listen, I say iheart should silence it.
I love listening to airchecks on youtube or where ever I can find them and here's why radio is dying.

Listen to these 2 great air personalities , what professionalism !!!!

Walt Baby Love.........

Bob Savage........

Not hard to figure out...........Radio today is boring, these guys made it exciting here in the motorcity.

F**K Trudeau and F**K CBC !!!!

If Detroit had a larger Hispanic population, Regional mexican either would have been done by now(on the FM) or it would be a choice for 106.7. So... seriously, Variety Hits would probably be the way to go here, under a different name but bring back the D 2.0 the way it was.

But NO ,variety hits DID NOT WORK how in the hell can it work again ,they tried it ,modified it change the name and it just did not work.Ethnic is actually a logical 💡 idea with brokered programming.

They only gave it 5 months, the only reason they flipped was to beat entercom to the punch with alt.

Latin-IE, bossa Nova;Real jazz ( not quiet-storm pop crossover). Nostalgia-big band, swing, some Perry Como crooner pop. In other words, stuff that is now totally absent from the dial.would anyone listen? Probably not. At least its different.

News/Talk and AAA are about the only two options they have right now if they plan to flip at all.

Actualy You can get real jazz On WRCJ, (at night) and WDET, (Ed Love still has a show on the weekend.) But something like what WJZZ used to be is not really comercially viable, (though I do like your idea.)
