Covenant Kids Telethon

Post by smallwonder » Mon Apr 29, 2019 1:54 am

Did anyone happen to get footage of 5's kids telethon? They're tinkering with the towers, so I wasn't able to see it. However,I hear the highlights are many kids crying, a flustered David Custer, and Alana Holland not knowing how to display numbers.

It was a cluster from a production standpoint... but for a good cause.

A flustered cluster from Custer?
Oh, no, I’m just so sorry to hear that.

Fine time to do transmitter maintenance -- during a telethon.

That being said, telethons died after Jerry Lewis was fired from his MDA telethon in 2010.
