Why doesn’t The Breeze play “We Can’t Hide It Anymore” by Larry Santos (1975) Great tune, When Alan was alive he played it all the time on Pillow Talk.

Great song.

There was a time that you could bet on hearing Larry's voice during a television commercial break. I still hear him occasionally when Dittrich Furs uses that old jingle.

So, they played Live To Tell at 10:55pm on Monday night for the very first time but they have never played it again after that.

Do they do that with many songs? To play them once and then never play them again?

Yes, with MANY songs.

It's not that they will never play again but they are being scheduled to play like once a week, which is stupid.

Why do the awful songs get to play 3 or 4 times a day, but the good ones come on once in a blue moon...

So let's play Fergie Big Gilrs Don't Cry and Pharrell Happy 5 times a day and other songs once a week?

I've come up with 3 possibilities for why Ian is doing this:

-I believe that his first job as a MD was at AMP right, so he assumes every station has a 4 hour song rotation.

-He doesn't know how to use the program properly

-He is slacking

Or he wishes the station was still Amp Radio.

Only hear that tune on a true Oldies station like AM 580.

Up here in Seattle there are 3 AM Oldies stations that are fairly decent mainly traditional Oldies 1955- 1974, The real good one is KRKO 1380. They’re more of a Classic Hits they do 80’s as well.
