Why would anyone take advice from this bozo?

He’s the same guy that championed Scrippscast. When it imploded, he got his walking papers.

Sean doesn't get it I doubt those that got layoff from Scripps didn't like his article. The Scripps CEO should've gotten fired for the failed Scrippscast as he was champing it and also running Scripps into the ground as well.

100%. Here’s to hoping investors realizing that Adam Symson’s “reinvention” of local news is actually just trying to cheapen local stations’s bottom line… and they promptly show him the door.

Symson started his career as an investigative reporter at local tv stations in cities like Phoenix, LA and Chicago. Now making more than 15-million a year, he’s overseen the forced usage of MMJs and the firings of veteran anchors and the overall decline of actual community journalism at Scripps stations nationwide. Time to go, Adam.

It’s sad that even one-time journalists can lose sight of what’s most important… using the FCC issued licenses to actually serve their communities.
