Customize Thread & Topic View Window Width

Post by MWmetalhead » Sat Feb 25, 2017 1:31 pm

A couple users have complained the new layout is difficult to read on full size monitors.

The easiest way to correct this (in my opinion) is to simply adjust the ZOOM setting in whatever browser you happen to use to read the Buzzboard. In Chrome, I use a setting of 125% for the Buzzboard. The nice thing about Chrome is you can customize the zoom setting on an individual basis for each domain name.

However, I'm pleased to announce there is now a second way to address this matter.

Simply access your User Control Panel (click your name near the upper right corner of the screen), click the Board Preferences tab, and then on the left hand menu, make sure "Edit Display Options" is selected. In the main menu, set the "use maximum width" ratio button to YES.

Now, the thread & forum listing should occupy the full width of your monitor.

Radio's downfall has been under-investing in its core competency and becoming distracted by delusions of grandeur by thinking development of a half-assed national digital strategy will somehow put it on par with the Facebooks and Googles of the world.
