Former WXYZ ND is at it again

I have an acquaintance who lives in suburban Rochester NY. We met up last year downtown while I was traveling through. It's in very rough shape; we both agreed on that. I saw one small vibrant area, the rest was half or mostly abandoned.

Oh Rhonda, the stories I could tell. I believe the Mayo Clinic is in Rochester, MN, probably a lot of female visitors from Texas visit the city to get top notch health care not available in Texas and other states anymore.
