My question……. Is this gonna get a Ratings Book at all or won’t they do that for an HD sub channel to a Primary Fm dial station?

All this talk of WUFL reminds me of when I was able to visit their 1030 AM studios as a kid. They were in the same complex as my doctor's office off Garfield south of 19 Mile, and they let us see the area where they printed and read their news briefs.

One thing FLR did do was put 93.1 back in HD. I noticed it last night.

As for 96.3 HD3, I strongly doubt they care if anyone actually listens or will even subscribe to ratings. Cumulus just wants it to claim their corporate "country" programming is heard in Detroit.
