Paul Gross, I Never Knew....

That you're "for hire", selling or lending your services to the Sam Bernstein Law Firm. At their beck and call to assist with lawsuits and the like.
Isn't that a conflict of interest or a violation of some kind of journalists code of ethics? Is this part of what Sam gets for sponsoring the WDIV Traffic Chopper?

Is a weatherman a journalist or an analyst of pretty colors?

Cut him some slack..
He's the 4th string weather man.
Half of Lafayette Street has to be down with the flu before they let him on the air. Gotta hustle some pocket change anyway he can.
Like NS says, it's about as journalistic as the guy in the Bernstein Bears Chopper.

His bio always mentioned his services as an "expert witness" regarding the weather.
I honestly don't see a conflict when your day job is the weather forecast. Is he going to lie about the weather today on the off chance that he will be hired to testify about today's weather 6 months from now?
Finally, he switched to a bone saw to finish the job, and at 9:17 p.m., Mountain time, the head of the greatest hitter who ever lived had been sliced off.

He has done that for almost two decades, so apparently this isn't a problem either at WDIV nor with litigants and defendants alike.
