Wasn't Chadd on Mojo in the Morning as a Producer and then 106.7 the Fox after that or am I thinking of a different Chadd?
Also can we please get Chris or Kevin on during the afternoon drive? It seems asinine to me to have two of the most successful AC DJ's in this town working weekends and not full time at the Breeze.
Different Chad. I've honestly never heard of these two.
Keven is a full time member of Mitch's show on WJR so that ain't happening, but Chris Edmonds on PMD would be an excellent choice.

Oh wow I remember Chad on 955 back in the 2000s!
Definitely a different Chadd. These 2 are coming from Florida.
And Chris really needs to be on here. Only slot open is Evenings though now that Sandy moved to fill ins and weekends.

The new morning team had a long and successful run in the Tampa market. Their audition sounded great; they will be a terrific fit for the new 98.7.
Morgan Wallen is a piece of garbage.

I just heard Kim Adams announce the Kelly Clarkson tickets, and instead of saying to call the 313-298-9870 number, she said to call some local 248 number. Um, why?

What a weird playlist. I cannot believe they don't play songs like Like a Prayer, Crazy For You, Borderline, Live to Tell etc.

What does your store music have to do with The Breeze?
The station doesn't even play that song (thank god)

Playing around on the station's website, I stumbled upon "shows", which there is not actually a button to access.
The woman that is currently voice tracking evenings that won't give her name, that I keep referring to as "Ms. Anonymous", is Kayla Morgan.
She is in fact local.
here is her page:
https://987thebreeze.radio.com/shows/kayla-morgan
here is the page with all the current talent, that has no actual button to access on the site's page:
https://987thebreeze.radio.com/shows

Well, I listened to this station for the first time today to see what everybody's having an orgasm about. What I noticed...and it sticks out like a sore thumb...is that the music is HORRIBLY pitched up. It's almost unlistenable. I especially noticed this on "Baby, What A Big Surprise by Chicago, Tender Love by Force M.D.'s and Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. Anybody else catch this??? And who came up with "Soft Relaxing Favorites At Work"??? That positioning statement tells me "Let Us Put You To Sleep On The Job".

I have not noticed because I only have one speaker working on the boombox I mainly use, so everything sounds bad

The Breeze's DJ lineup has been a big disappointment. Instead of getting talented, veteran personalities from the Detroit market we get an outsourced (but probably good) morning show, a former weather caster who hasn't been on TV in quite sometime, a CHR jock who used to call himself Slacker on the prior station, and some night jock nobody has heard of. No Chris Edmonds, Kevin O'Neill, Sandy Kovach, Lisa Berry, Lisa Jesswin, Jim Palucci, etc.

Your not missing much with just one speaker, If both speakers were operating you would have twice the amount of bullshit coming out of your radio. Just a thought.

If they had put on any of the above, we'd have got the 'recycling the same old jocks' piss and moan troupe. Please.
While any of the above would be a fine fit, Kevin isn't available. Edmonds, Palucci etc may not want to work full time, I don't know their situation.
With respect to Ian and Kayla, the two AMP holdovers, I don't believe they will be part of the long term new line up. On a station like the breeze, nights are irrelevant more or less, so one could argue it doesn't matter who if anyone gets that shift.
