Interesting schedule back then. Does anyone know when they started airing network and syndicated programming that other Detroit area stations didn't want, such as the "CBS LateNight" shows which were dropped from WJBK's schedule in favor of shows like "Soap" and "Mary Hartman Mary Hartman." 62 also had other network programs, such as NBC's "Another World" and "Santa Barbara" after being dropped by WDIV and NBC sports programming when it was not on channel 4 due to Detroit Tigers baseball. I think WGPR may have also ran reruns of ABC programs that ran on the network mid-days in the late 80s that WXYZ didn't want, such as "Webster and either "Bensen" or "Who's The Boss, maybe even "Perfect Strangers." If I remember correctly, WXYZ aired "Sally" and local news while these shows were being rebroadcast from 11:00 AM to noon on ABC.
